Okay. I've switched to "Friends Only" commenting. That spam was just awful. I have well over 500 comments to delete now, and there's no quick way to do it. I'm considering moving my FFXI/Potion blogs to Vox. We haven't heard from Iceshadow for months, and I don't think the site will survive. It's probably quicker to move all my entries over than to delete all this spam. Screw it. I'll do it now. It's the weekend and I'm kind of fed up. I'll let you know when I've set things up.

The "JENN! WHERE'VE YOU BEEN!?!" messages that kept me amused while the Registration servers were down, thanks! ^^ My Content ID is back up, and Jenn has been exhumed. She's yet to spring into animation yet, but at least she's breathing. I'm getting further from fixing my computer. I've got a new CPU and a case. Perhaps some new memory will sweeten it...

Still on hiatus. I'm back at home, but this tiny little computer can't handle FFXI. geg and I are working on building a new computer. I'll make sure it can run the beast! ...or I could buy an Xbox 360 and a copy of the game, yes... Don't say PS2. PS2 + FFXI x PAL region = 0 So, how's the new content? No chocobos yet? Aww... geg deleted the game from this computer. Hummmm... I guess he was concerned because I got so grumbly from the other day. Short story, I'm not going to be in Vana'diel for a while. I'm going to miss the 1000th Vana'diel year. I'm quite possibly going to miss the start of Chocobo raising. I'll most likely miss out on doing Prommy Mea and Mission 3-3 with the Linkshell. All because he wants me to finish his school work for him. I'm not happy right now. Anyway, I'll get a much deserved break from this screwy computer that likes to freeze in the middle of parties, the fanboys that won't take no for an answer, and sit around doing school work every day while geg can do as he pleases on the computer. I'll keep reading the blogs, of course, and I'll be back... hmmm... when I'm back.

This afternoon, I logged on, not looking forward to today. I had my knives sharpened, ready for some bloodening. I got an invite not 2 minutes after putting my flag up. Off to the jungles! Very awesome party. It's summertime, so some NAs are up late. Experienced, friendly, chatty and funny. Very pleasant. Happy to be back thieving, I gave them my "early disband; easy exp chain" special. They loved it. One person said it's the first time they've gotten exp chain #4 in the jungles! ^^ Go Jenn! Unfortunately, it was sleepy time, so I went into town to get some much needed chocolate. Thief 31, ding! Best thing, we did awesomely with only 5 of us :3 Logged back on after two hours. I hopped the airship to Jeuno and got an invite on the way. Ooooh, Garlaige Citadel... new place for Jenn to explore! Bought a map (3000g, leaving only 1000gil in my pockets ; ;) and Choco'd over. Craaaaaaaap party ^^;. Drama ("DON'T FUCKING TELL ME HOW TO PLAY CORSAIR MOTHER%$@#*&$%&"), language barriers, lack of communication, had no idea how to control the hate so I could fuidama... but fun PL mage ^^ (beat me 997 to 994 on /random rolls ; ;). Awful. I hit 32, and told them I had to go have dinner. I logged, then watched The Simpsons and chatted on the Linkshell on my mule XD When I thought it was safe, I went back to Jenn at 8pm. 7pm Japanese time, so I wasn't looking forward to it. 3 mins later, a little Taru whizzed stopped by me. Taru: ptいかがですか？ Jenn: (Urrrr...*consults Phrasebook* Ikaga...?) Wakarimasen... 10 seconds later Taru invites you to join his party. ^^ I had heaps of fun in this party. They knew what they were doing, and were so much fun to talk to, even though they were all Japanese. I communicated with them much better than the last party ^^; They held the hate, making me a happy SATA'ing Thief, made (Easy Prey) of each pull, and took me 1678 'til 33... My Dagger skill is capped at 99. Viper Bite, here I come! So, yeah, today was much, MUCH better. :3 Happy kitty!

I'm back to Thief! And it feels good ^^ Or it should feel good. I put my LFG flag up this afternoon. It's now 9pm and no invites. Gah! I've blown the last of my Monster Signa money on a Dodge Earring, since I've had no luck getting a BCNM party together. I have less than 4000 gil on me >< I'm the poorest Thief in the world. So, I'm running around aimlessly with my LFG flag up, not really knowing what to do other than waste my money XD This is depressing. Off to Yhoator Jungle to drop off some supplies at the outpost there while Windy has control. Hopefully I can get a party there too >< Wish me luck! UPDATE: I'm not a happy kitty. 6 hours LFG... nothing. Tomorrow, I'm going to spend my LFG time sharpening my knives. Altana help you, Ramuh, if you don't invite me to party tomorrow...

Aren't they beautiful? I wonder which one I'll get. Jennet are the cutest, so I hope they aren't restricted to Taru (the page says Mithra wanted green ones, so they'll most likely be avaliable to all races ^^). You can just see a little Windy tatoo/banner on him. Pimpin'. Oh, I had an awesome party the other night, got 230~something exp 'til 28 Very neat ^^ Almost there, then I can go back to Thief! After a couple of hours per night sitting being AFK, I've been offline for two days so far. Having a break is nice. If you've stumbled upon my Potion blog, geg (my overgrown Moogle bitch aka boyfriend) is playing through the first Final Fantasy on my DS. We'll play through II together, as I haven't touched it yet ^^; So, I'm helping him with that, as well as blogging how we're going. We lead very boring lives. These past two days I've been kicking him for us to do more exciting things, but... it's not happening XD I was close to getting NIN to 30 in one month, but, the last few nights have been dreadful. I've been Clothcrafting instead. I hit Nin27, farming Buburimu for Saruta Cotton and Lightning Crystals >,< Maybe I could solo to 30... blah. Got to do it for Creative Uncut's Prommy runs. Oh, and I unlocked Bard too, just for the heck of it. Don't know when I'll use it, as I'm going to focus on THF, NIN and eventually RDM. Hey, the new FFXI websites are pretty shiny. Apart from the lack of login forms, it almost looks like a generic Korean MMORPG layout XD I wonder when they'll release the PlayOnline Friends Tool in English. It's like MSN for FFXI. Awesome. I'm happy with the Japanese version, the menus aren't hard to understand. Contemplating whether I should go back to Vana'diel tonight. Get Ninja to 30 before New Year, Jenn. Do it. The last few nights have been slow, been having RAM problems, as well as being distracted by Animal Crossing. I finally have Ninja leveled to 25. It took me 6 months to get Thief to where I am with Ninja. It's been less than a month. Can I get to 30 in a week? I splurged on a Federation Gi. I've yet to take it for a run, but it's looking shit-hot. I wish my Thief had something like that. One more level and I can equip my Dodge Headband. +6 Evasion! Now, If I can get my paws on a pair of Dodge Earrings... mwahahahaa... untouchable! Speaking of fun happy items, I have a stack of Beastmen Seals I'd love to trade in for some BCNM fights. Particulary for this, this, and this. Let me know if you can help me out ^^ Off to Kazham now. Mmm, tropical paradise. Remind me to take some Smithy repellant.

While a party member was AFK for 100 Billion years, I decided to haunt their body. You cannot resist the spooky cuteness of TaruJenn! Unfortunately, while everyone was /slapping and /pokeing Bobye, they were /poking and /slapping me too! Owww... >< I can't wait until the Chocobreeding update! Cute! Racing too. Best AFK evar. ...Anyway. Please! Someone, get me out of Qufim! Last night my party gave me such a headache. And it was so laggy. That, and the other Corsair heavy parties that surrounded us. I couldn't read anything that was going on in chat! I had to put tags on most of my macros, and even then the lag didn't sound the chimes.Annoying... headachey. Unhappy kitty. ...good party though. Got to NIN22. Probably shouldn't complain... The most Bi-lingual party I've been in too. Wonderful! Oh, and I helped out on the Mission 2-3 Dread Dragon again. That was interesting, as we only did it with 3 people (THF/NIN DRK/WAR and BLM/WHM) The Dragon was for the Dark Night. Unfortunately he was KO'd, but the BLM and I hung on with 30~ish HP left.He got Rank 3. Everyone is happy :3 Dread Dragon against 3 people = OK! (kinda)

I made a special trip back to Windy today to meet up with Amri's old account, Entrai. We had some special stuff to pick up from his Gold Pass invite he gave me ^^ Twins! Almost. After we got our matching Sprout/Guide Berets, he picked up the "special" Sprout Beret. The one that can turn him into a Mandragora! Very cool. I may pick up the Mandy Belt in the 196 days until my 1 year "birth". The Timepiece. If you see me in Vana'diel, but nowhere in Windurst, I'll be sitting by my bed, looking at and listening to my pretty new clock. I love my Timepiece, and my pimping new hat. Gosh, I was suprised to see iceshadow.net's news page today! Have I really rambled on that much? >,<; Thanks so much for the gift, iceshadow! This is really my first propper time in the Dunes. I only went there about 2-3 times when I was starting out. Didn't get far, so I went back to Tahrongi and levelled up to 20 there. So many weeks in the canyon XD This time around, however, I'm having a blast! Last night's party was especially good. We were getting 240exp every 5 kills, and I didn't even have my Emperess Band on me! Ganj is an awesome party leader. You're in for a great time if he leads. I hope to be in another one of his parties some time soon. Sorry for leaving before you hit 20, though. Perfectly good reason startiiiing... Now. We have some backpackers staying in this room until Wednesday, so when I have to get off, I HAVE to get off. And I have limited time, so I'm doing the best I can. Oh, I bought a World Pass for a new LS member, so if you want to sneak into Ramuh... 7097990440 Please comment if you've used it. And now, some "highlights" Typical day at the dunes. My party was getting a little bored and two of them started fishing Sheep and Gobs. These two were below level 16 >< You know you've been playing too much when... Mimisan is my winner of the day, for making it out of a battle with 1hp and 1mp left. Nice one!

Got Ninja up to 15, Pinoy aka Jenn Fanboy #38 helped me get my Gassan (take that, Chocoboleech!), and now I'm farming Giddeus for Yagudo Necklaces. The money is pretty good! I'll probably end up with an extra 30,000g after all this is done, which is GREATLY NEEDED. Had to buy grass cloth at tht stupid over-inflated price over at Bastok. So what if they can't grow grass there?! Grumble mumble... Oh! Amri helped me out by dumping 17 beads on me when he was camping Hoo Mjuu the Torrent. He had his little Carby along too. Cutest thing ^^ Cheers! (Must pick up our Gold World Pass items soon, ne? ;3) 48 beads down... 152 to go X3 Speaking of NMs, I bopped 4 different ones yesterday XD Chocoboleech,  Bubbly Bernie, Eyy Mon the Ironbreaker, and Zhuu Buxu the Silent(x2 XD)... heh heh...
